Shipping & Delivery
How soon will my order be processed?
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- To West Malaysia: 1-3 business days
- To East Malaysia: 1-3 business days
- To Singapore: 1-2 business days
How much does delivery cost?
We offer flat rate delivery fees to West and East Malaysia, as well as Singapore.
The delivery fees are as follows:
- To West Malaysia: RM10
- To East Malaysia: RM30
- To Singapore: RM50
Do you offer pick-up service?
Currently, we only provide delivery services. However, if you require a special arrangement, please do not hesitate to contact us at +6016-900-7599 or email us at h3llo.huo@gmail.com.
Customer Care
Can I return and refund my order?
We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days from delivery.
Please notify us within 7 business days from delivery if you intend to return or exchange the item. To be eligible for returns, the product(s) must be unopened and in their original packaging. Opened and/or used products will not be accepted for returns.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 10 business days. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase or via online transfer if the purchase was made offline.
How should I proceed if I receive a damaged item(s)?
Upon receipt of your order, we kindly request that you carefully inspect the shipping carton for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. While minor wear and tear to the carton is normal, any damage to the item(s) inside should be promptly reported to us by texting 6016-900-7599 or sending an email to h3llo.huo@gmail.com.
To ensure timely and efficient assistance, please provide us with your order number, email address, and phone number when reporting any damage. We also kindly ask that you retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for our inspection to facilitate a prompt resolution.
